Palo Santo, or 'Holy Wood', has a wonderfully warm, sweet, calming, soothing scent, with a powerful energy. It is related to Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal and is part of the citrus family, having sweet notes of pine, mint, and lemon.

Palo Santo is a natural aromatic incense used for centuries by the Incas and indigenous people of the Andes as a spiritual remedy for purifying, cleansing, and uplifting; to get rid of evil spirits and misfortune. It is used by Shamans in sacred plant spirit ceremonies.

This shredded Palo Santo may be burned over charcoal, added to prayer ties, or put into dream pillows.
