Do you allow returns?

We understand that sometimes a person will change their mind once they receive their order. In the event that you would like to return all or part of your order we will accept a return based on the following conditions:

  • We must be contacted within three (3) days of delivery that you would like to return all or part of your order.

  • You must email beth@grandfathersspirit.com for a return authorization. Without a return authorization your return request will not be honored. If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please assume that the email was not received and resend the email.

  • We must receive your order back to us within ten (10) days of original delivery date.

  • We must receive your return back to us in the same condition and packaging as it was shipped to you. It must be returned to us postage paid.

  • Your purchase price, minus shipping and credit card processing fee will be returned. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items.

NOTE:  All items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit. We are unable to accept returns of raw smudging ingredients, smoking materials, and tea, and still guarantee purity of the product to our customers. 

All sales of raw materials, including kinnick-kinnick, tobacco, smoking herbs, tea, and incense are final. No exceptions.
