What if you don't have all the items on my order in stock?

We carry a HUGE inventory but there are still times when we run out of an item, especially during Powwow season or gift giving holidays.

If this happens, and we anticipate that it will be less than 14 business days before we are able to get your missing item shipped, we will hold your order until it can be shipped to you, complete. If we anticipate the wait to be greater that 14 business days for the item to come back into stock, your order will be shipped out to you, minus the out of inventory item(s) and you will be notified on your packing slip that the item is out of stock but will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please let us know if your order is for a special occasion or Powwow and we will make every effort to get your order out to you right away.
