When will my order ship and how will I know that?

I strive to get orders out within 14 BUSINESS days of the time when the order was placed and paid for. (A BUSINESS DAY is Monday through Friday, holidays excluded) Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, provided you have given us a valid email address.

Please let me know if your order is for a special occasion or Powwow and I will make every effort to get your order out to you right away.

You MUST provide me with the "needed by" date.

DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER IN "ENOUGH" TIME FOR YOUR EVENT even if your event is over a month or two away! This is a one person, small business and backlogs are common due to inventory supplies being out of stock at our vendors and/or having an inventory of mostly hand-made items.

Again, let me know immediately the "NEEDED BY" date. It is the only way that I can prevent disappointment and added shipping cost to you.

I ship from Minnesota, USA and most packages arrive at their continental US destinations within 5 days of shipping. NOTE: If you would like your package insured, please let us know at the time of placing your order. The cost for the insurance for shipments within the US is as follows:
