What if my package gets returned to you, for whatever reason?

If your order is returned as undeliverable: Initially, you will be sent an email letting you know your package was returned. The shipping address will be verified that it was sent to the address that was provided to us on your order.

If we have made a mistake in the delivery address, we will reship your order at no cost to you.

If no mistake was made on our part, the package was shipped correctly to the address provided in your order, your options are:

1.) You can agree to cover the postage cost to have your package reshipped to you, either at your initial shipping address or another address. An invoice will be emailed to you for payment. As soon as payment is made, your order will ship back to you.

2.) You can agree to a refund. Please note that it is not a total refund. The amount returned to you will be the original order total minus the original shipping costs, minus the credit card processing fee, and minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please note: If the shipping invoice is not paid within 15 business days of initiation, the invoice will be cancelled and the refund process will happen, using the refund amount outlined above.
