Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

We understand that sometimes a person will change their mind once they place their order but before the order is actually shipped. In the event that you would like to cancel all or part of your order we will accept an order cancellation based on the following conditions:

• We must be contacted prior to shipment that you would like to cancel all or part of your order.

DO NOT contact your credit card company and cancel your order THIS DOES NOT CANCEL THE ORDER WITH GRANDFATHERS SPIRIT. 

You must notify us by email of your wish to cancel your order and the reason why. You must email beth@grandfathersspirit.com and request an order cancellation in writing.

When you cancel your order prior to packing and shipping, we will send you, via email, a store credit in the form of a Grandfathers Spirit Gift Certificate for the entire amount paid for your purchase. The Gift Certificate is valid for 1 year from date of issuance. In addition, we will send you a coupon valid for 30% off your next order, with the same dates of validity for 1 year from date of issuance. Note: the Gift Certificate and the 30% discount coupon can be used together on your next order.
