Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
We understand that sometimes a person will change their mind once they place their order. In the event that you would like to cancel all or part of your order we will accept an order cancellation based on the following conditions:
- We must be contacted prior to shipment that you would like to cancel all or part of your order.
Please note that simply contacting your credit card company and cancelling
your order DOES NOT CANCEL THE ORDER WITH GRANDFATHER'S SPIRIT.
You must notify us by email of your wish to cancel your order and the reason why. You must email email@example.com and request an order cancellation in writing. We offer you TWO options for your refund:
1.) You can opt for a store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the entire amount paid for your purchase. The Gift Certificate is valid for 1 year from date of issuance.
- OR -
2.) You can opt to have your money returned. The entire amount that you paid IS NOT RETURNED. We charge a 20% restocking fee to disassemble and return the stock to inventory. It took our time to package your order securely for shipping. You have changed your mind about receiving your order. We need to be reimbursed for our time to package your order, disassemble your order and return the stock to inventory. The original credit card processing fees will be taken out of the refund. You changed your mind concerning receiving your order. We require reimbursement for those now needless fees that we were charged to us.
