Alone, "Chin-Chin-Wet". The Warm Springs people are a branch of the Sahaptin, or Nez Percé nation, receiving their name from the thermal springs found on their homeland in Northern Oregon.
Chin-Chin-Wet accompanied her husband, Owl, an Indian scout, during the Modoc War of 1872-73.
